Bits of your job:

• Set up, manage, and optimize TikTok advertising campaigns and TikTok Shop, ad sets, and creatives

• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare performance reports

• Test new strategies, audiences, and creatives to improve campaign results

• Collaborate with the creative team by providing insights and recommendations based on ad performance

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities

• Support the launch and scaling of new products and campaigns

• And other assigned tasks

Key expectations:

• Higher education in Marketing, Business, or a related field

• 1+ year of experience in social media advertising (TikTok Ads experience preferred)

• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to campaign optimization

• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work both independently and in a team

• Passion for social media advertising and continuous learning

Salary: From 1,200 €/mon. net
