Bits of your job:
Support the TA team on various talent acquisition tasks and be at the heart of the next step in our journey.
Screen CV and help to select the applications according to the requirements provided for the role
Put the Headhunter hat on and source the best talents
Organize and conduct online interviews
Update the HR database and help build the talent pool
Participate in interviews and other HR meetings
Ensure candidate experience by providing them feedback and being the first point of contact
To use creativity to help develop a social media strategy
And other tasks
Job requirements
Key expectations:
Student (of the last year) or graduate from HR, business administration, psychology or a similar field
Keen to details
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where improvements are continuously being made and things changing quickly
Strong interpersonal, time management, and English language skills
Bonus:
Previous internship or work experience in HR or a similar field is a plus
