Pronto Manufacturing & Fulfillment is seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Accountant to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing financial systems and ensuring accuracy and compliance for our contract manufacturing and packaging services in the dietary supplement and consumer goods industries. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain financial integrity, optimize processes, and support the company’s rapid growth.

Bits of your job: 

• Prepare and review financial reports and statements.

• Manage general ledger and ensure accurate reconciliations.

• Lead month-end and year-end close processes.

• Oversee accounts payable and receivable.

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

• Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with regulations.

• Monitor cash flow and manage funds.

• Identify and implement process improvements.

• Perform other accounting duties as assigned by management.

Key expectations:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• 5+ years of accounting experience in a corporate environment, ideally with exposure to manufacturing, logistics, or similar industries.

• Experience with financial reporting, general ledger management, and reconciliation.

• Proven experience in managing month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Experience with audits, tax filings, and compliance.

• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms).

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions like pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).

• Experience with ERP systems and integration of financial tools.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and management.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.

Bonus:

• Intercompany Accounting experience is preferred.

Salary: 2000-3000 €/mon. NET, depending on experience.
