Pronto Manufacturing & Fulfillment is seeking a skilled and motivated R&D Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in leading research and development initiatives to drive innovation and excellence in our contract manufacturing and packaging services for the dietary supplement and consumer goods industries. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop new products, improve formulations, and ensure that projects meet quality, compliance, and customer expectations while supporting the company’s rapid growth.

Bits of your job: 

• Manage the R&D team’s projects to drive innovation and support new product development.

• Develop and optimize formulations to meet client requirements, regulatory standards, and market trends.

• Oversee product testing, validation, and stability studies to ensure quality, safety, and compliance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and smooth scale-up to production.

• Monitor industry trends, ingredients, and technologies to identify opportunities for growth.

• Manage multiple R&D projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations are achieved.

• Provide technical expertise to clients and internal teams throughout the development cycle.

• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned to support company objectives.

Key expectations:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Nutrition, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in R&D within dietary supplements, nutraceuticals, or consumer goods, with a strong interest in developing management skills.

• Strong knowledge of formulation development, ingredient functionality, and product testing methodologies.

• Familiarity with FDA, cGMP, and other regulatory and quality compliance standards.

• Proven track record of managing multiple projects with strict timelines and budgets.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.

Salary: 1400-1800 €/mon. NET, depending on experience.
