Bits of your job:

• Create and write process documentation, workflows, and knowledge articles.

• Actively use AI tools to search for ideas when writing processes.

• Regularly review and update processes to ensure they remain effective.

• Compare existing processes to industry standards or best practices to find opportunities for improvement.

• Propose new process designs or improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

• Periodically audit processes to ensure they meet compliance standards and identify potential areas for improvement.

• Assist the team leader or manager with upcoming projects.

• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Key expectations:

• Last year student, or a graduate from Communications, Business Administration, Management or a similar field.

• Experience in implementing processes is a plus, but not required.

• Collaborate effectively with team members using your strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.

• Expertise in using AI tools for research and idea generation.

• Ability to analyze and compare processes against industry standards or best practices.

• Demonstrate fluency in both English and Lithuanian, aligning with team expectations.

Salary: 800-1200 €/mon. NET
