Bits of your job:

  • Assist in budget preparation and help monitor budget performance.

  • Analyze financial data and identify trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Support in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

  • Help with forecasting and financial modeling under the guidance of senior analysts or the CFO.

  • Reconcile data between accounting, operations, and reporting systems to ensure accuracy.

  • Assist in cost analysis and profitability tracking across different products, projects, or departments.

  • Prepare presentations and summaries for management reviews or investor meetings.

  • Collaborate with different teams (accounting, operations, marketing) to gather and validate financial information.

  • Support audit preparation and documentation processes.

  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency or automation.

  • Perform ad-hoc data analysis and reporting tasks as required.

  • Support other finance-related activities in line with evolving business needs.

Job requirements

Key expectations:

  • Student (final year) or recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and accuracy when working with numbers and financial data.

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts) and willingness to learn financial modeling and accounting/reporting software.

  • Eagerness to learn and develop a deeper understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting processes.

  • Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and Lithuanian.

  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, showing initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.

  • Organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • A team player with a positive attitude and curiosity to grow within the finance field.

Salary: 900 -1300 €/mon. net
