Bits of your job:

• Develop and implement the overall email, SMS, and Direct Mailing marketing strategy

• Design email campaigns to enhance customer engagement and drive conversions

• Manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns

• Oversee the creation and strategy of email automations, journeys, loyalty schemes and more

• Analyze campaign performance metrics and customer data

• Use insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI

• Implement segmentation strategies to target specific customer groups

• Lead and mentor the email marketing team while fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment

• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends

• Manage stakeholder relationships and collaboration with other departments

Key expectations:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

• Proven experience in email marketing with demonstrated expertise in leading and developing high-performing teams

• Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Ontraport, Mailchimp, HubSpot)

• Strong understanding of HTML/CSS for email template creation

• Experience with data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

• Knowledge of email inboxing and email deliverability strategies

• Ability to interpret data to make informed marketing decisions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong project management and organizational abilities
