Encapsulation Operator - Full training provided - no experience needed!

Encapsulation Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining encapsulation machinery to ensure efficient production of high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

• You will be trained how to operate encapsulation machinery competently, both independently and within a team environment.

• Set up, operate, disassemble, clean, and sanitize equipment according to SOPs.

• Maintain the cleanliness of the Encapsulation Room.

• Inspect Capsules for physical defects (dents, splits, holes) throughout the compression run. Also, check for color variation in the fill material.

• Identify and segregate rejected blends and capsules from good capsules.

• Inform the Manufacturing Manager of any issues during the encapsulation process, including abnormal machine operation.

• Charge the encapsulation machine with empty capsules and blend, then transfer polished and metal-detected capsules into drums.

Requirements / Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

• Basic computer skills preferred.

• Strong motivation, organization, time management skills.

• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.

• Strong work ethic, including punctuality, dependability, and trustworthiness.

• Ability to distinguish colors.

• Compliance with company Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) policies; required PPE will be provided and must be worn to ensure safe working conditions.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Working hours & Benefits:

• Working hours: Full-time from 8:00 AM till 4:30 PM (including 30 minutes unpaid lunch break), Monday to Friday.

• Two weeks of paid vacation a year.

Salary: $20 - $25 per hour.
