Bits of your job:

• Communicate and collaborate with team to share insights and contribute to initiatives.
• Analyze email campaign statistics and metrics, identifying trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
• Conduct research to identify industry best practices and emerging trends in email marketing.
• Perform other tasks as needed.

Key expectations:

• Education: Last year student, or a graduate from Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• Attention to Detail: High accuracy and thoroughness in handling administrative tasks and reports.
  
• Trend Awarness: Enthusiastic about seeking the latest Advertising trends & information.
• Digital Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding about digital marketing and advertising.
• Language: Demonstrates fluency in both English and Lithuanian, aligning with team expectations.
• Location: We encourage everyone to apply for this position, but we will be prioritizing applications from certain regions to align with current team needs.
