Bits of your job:

  • Campaign building and deployment - create email templates using HTML/CSS, test them across multiple platforms, and ensure the design renders correctly in all email clients.

  • Segmentation and personalization - analyze databases, create customer segments based on behavior and engagement levels to ensure each email reaches the right audience.

  • Automation flow creation - build and manage automated email flows (welcome series, cart abandonment, re-engagement).

  • Deliverability monitoring - track bounce rates, spam complaints, and maintain good sender reputation to ensure emails land in the inbox, not the spam folder or missing.

  • Analytics and reporting - analyze daily metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion rate, ROI), create dashboards, and provide recommendations to the team for strategy improvements.

  • Integration management - set up and maintain integrations between email platforms and other tools (CRM, forms, analytics) to ensure seamless data flow.

Job requirements

Key expectations:

  • Student (final year) or recent graduate in Digital Marketing, IT or related field

  • Willingness to learn email marketing platforms - no prior experience required, but eagerness to master tools

  • Good HTML/CSS knowledge - understanding of code structure; ability to make minor edits to email templates

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Willingness to learn new tools

  • Good communication skills in English and Lithuanian (written and spoken)

  • Organized and proactive - ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently in a dynamic environment showing initiative
