Bits of your job:

• Manage and mentor a team of tracking specialists, provide guidance, and support

• Collaborate with different teams to ensure tracking requirements are met

• Create and implement strategies for tracking and measuring e-commerce performance

• Monitor and ensure the accuracy of tracking data

• Stay updated on the latest tracking technologies and industry best practices

• Identify and troubleshoot any issues with tracking tools or data

• Address discrepancies and anomalies in tracking information

• Continuously evaluate and enhance tracking processes and workflows

• Develop and maintain tracking documentation and guidelines

• And other tasks

Key expectations:

• Higher education in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Digital Advertising, Marketing or other related field

• 1+ years of demonstrated leadership skills

• 1+ years experience as a tracking specialist

• Strong knowledge of tag manager and GA4

• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills

• Attention to details

• Demonstrate fluency in both English and Lithuanian, aligning with team expectations.

Salary: From 2000 €/mon. net
