Bits of your job:

  • Launch, maintain, and monitor post-purchase flows across multiple products and funnels.

  • Set up and track item IDs, ensuring correct configuration for fulfillment, pricing, and product availability.

  • Perform QA checks to ensure flawless execution of post-purchase experiences.

  • Monitor and analyze sales, revenue, and visitor data to identify optimization opportunities.

  • Design, track, and evaluate A/B tests, calculate results, and share insights with the team.

  • Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, designers, and analysts to ensure smooth execution of workflows.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues within post-purchase flows.

  • Support the team with data organization, reporting, and analytics.

  • And other assigned tasks.

Job requirements

Key expectations:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Marketing Technology, E-commerce, Front-end, Mathematics, or related fields.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks.

  • Interest in e-commerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.) and post-purchase experience.

  • Basic understanding of A/B testing, QA processes, and data analysis.

  • Hands-on mindset: comfortable setting up and maintaining systems, not just visual management.

  • Fluency in English and Lithuanian (both written and spoken).

  • Bonus points if you have experience in frontend basics (HTML/CSS/JS), analytics tools (Excel, GA4), or marketing technology.

 

Salary: 1000-1500 €/mon. net

Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
