Call Control & Resolution: Lead customer interactions efficiently while maintaining a professional, empathetic tone.
Retention: Identify at-risk customers and apply problem-solving strategies to reduce churn.
Sales & Upselling: Analyze customer needs to recommend relevant products and services, meeting team growth targets.
Documentation: Document customer records to ensure a seamless experience.
Conflict Resolution: Address complex service issues with a positive, solutions-oriented approach.
Job requirements
Key expectations:
Experience: Proven track record in sales, retention, or a metrics-driven customer service environment.
Communication: Native-level English (written and verbal) with a strong professional phone presence.
Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM software and standard office applications
Adaptability: Ability to multitask and navigate diverse customer personalities in a fast-paced setting.
Industry Plus: Previous experience in the Medical or Healthcare sectors is highly preferred.
