Bits of your job:

• Analyze customer data to understand behavior patterns and identify churn/retention trends.
• Create retention strategies like loyalty programs and campaigns to re-engage at-risk customers.
• Work with the retention team to manage email campaigns from start to finish.
• Help design and implement A/B tests to improve email content, subject lines, and send times.
• Monitor customer feedback across various platforms, and analyze it to identify areas for improvement.
• Work with the team to share insights and contribute.
• Perform other tasks as needed.

• Education: Current student in their final year or recent graduate in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• Attention to Detail: High accuracy and thoroughness.
• Trend Awarness: Interest in staying up-to-date with the latest email marketing, advertising trends & information.
• Digital Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of email marketing principles and tools (e.g., Ontraport, Mailchimp, etc.) is a plus.
• Language: Demonstrates fluency in both English and Lithuanian, aligning with team expectations.
• Location: We encourage everyone to apply for this position, but we will be prioritizing applications from certain regions to align with current team needs.
