Pronto Manufacturing & Fulfillment is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Business Development Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll help us expand our client base by introducing potential customers to our contract manufacturing and packaging services, in the dietary supplement and consumer goods industries.

Bits of your job:

  • Reach out to potential clients via email, phone, and virtual meetings to introduce Pronto’s services

  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities across manufacturing and packaging sectors

  • Help build and manage a sales pipeline with support from senior sales staff

  • Participate in virtual or in-person presentations to showcase our capabilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and help deliver solutions

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and share feedback to help us stay competitive

  • Maintain and update CRM records with client information and activities

  • Attend industry events and trade shows (when applicable) to support brand awareness

  • Contribute to marketing content ideas and customer-focused initiatives

  • Support general sales activities and projects as needed

  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned to support company objectives.

Job requirements

Key expectations:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or relevant work experience)

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles

  • Proven experience in selling contract manufacturing/white label services in the Supplements market

  • Strong communication and people skills-comfortable making calls and presenting ideas

  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a self-motivated mindset

  • Ability to stay organized, manage time well, and follow up with leads effectively

  • Collaborative spirit with an eagerness to grow and contribute to team success

Bonus:

  • Experience in dietary or health related industry

  • Experience working in the US market 

Salary: 1,200-2,000 €/mon. net

Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
