Pronto Manufacturing & Fulfillment is seeking an experienced B2B Account Manager to join our team in the dietary supplements industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with business clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role requires a strategic mindset, a deep understanding of the dietary supplements market, and the ability to manage complex business relationships.

Bits of your job:
Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients and distributors.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
Provide product training and support to clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth product delivery and client satisfaction.Monitor client needs and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned to support company objectives.
Job requirements
Key expectations:
3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in dietary supplements or related industries.
Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
Strong communication and people skills-comfortable making calls and presenting ideas
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a self-motivated mindset
Ability to stay organized, manage time well, and follow up with leads effectively
Collaborative spirit with an eagerness to grow and contribute to team success
Bonus:
Experience in dietary or health related industry
Experience working in the US market
Salary: 1,200- 2,100 €/mon. net
Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
