Pronto Manufacturing & Fulfillment is seeking an experienced B2B Account Manager to join our team in the dietary supplements industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with business clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role requires a strategic mindset, a deep understanding of the dietary supplements market, and the ability to manage complex business relationships.

Bits of your job:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients and distributors.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.

  • Negotiate contracts and close business deals.

  • Provide product training and support to clients.
    Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth product delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Monitor client needs and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned to support company objectives.

Job requirements

Key expectations:

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in dietary supplements or related industries.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).

  • Strong communication and people skills-comfortable making calls and presenting ideas

  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a self-motivated mindset

  • Ability to stay organized, manage time well, and follow up with leads effectively

  • Collaborative spirit with an eagerness to grow and contribute to team success

Bonus:

  • Experience in dietary or health related industry

  • Experience working in the US market 

Salary: 1,200- 2,100 €/mon. net

Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
